I gave four stars based on the convenience of the set. However, there are plenty of bits for any task and you will avoid an extra trip to the hardware store to find a bit that will work with the Hitachi hammer drill/driver. I bought this set as an accessory to the Hitachi hammer drill. I haven't used any of the pieces yet so I can't really comment on the quality.
They survived wood but not metal or fiber glass. However, the drill bits are the most brittle things I have worked with. Wear protective glasses these things shatter. The idea for this package is great. And most of the pieces work well.
My husband is very happy with both products. Hitachi drill that was previously purchased with these drill bits are the best.
Love it. Bought this to help us build a swing set. Everything we needed was in it.
If you are looking for quality tools and a quality drive set - don't hesitate to buy this product because you won't be disappointed. Everything you need, and more, can be found in its convenient plastic case.I have been very pleased with all my Hitachi products and will continue to buy their well-built tools. This "kit" is complete and its quality is excellent. If you need a quality drive set then this is the one to buy.
